Peter Kerle
Peter Kerle was born and raised near Innsbruck, Austria. He attended law school at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck, graduating in July 2007, with an emphasis on international private law and procedure. After receiving a merit scholarship, Peter obtained an LL.M. (Legal Masters Degree) in Comparative Law from the University of San Diego in May 2008, graduating cum laude.
Before joining Omni Law Group, Peter worked for Sweeney Mason Wilson & Bosomworth ("SMWB") in Los Gatos and gained valuable experience in many areas of the law including employment law, business law, construction law, contracts, real property, and litigation. He is licensed to practice law in New York and California. Peter brings experience to Omni Law Group in both civil law and common law jurisdictions offering comprehensive advice in overseas transactions.
Peter lives in Capitola with his wife.
